Patients are prescribed orally after thyroidectomy or thyroid tissue resection to control tumor growth and prevent secondary symptoms after iodine surgery. Also, due to the dose of radioactive iodine absorbed by cancer cells in the thyroid gland, it may have many side effects for those around the patient, which in this study in the radiotherapy center of Afshar Clinic in Yazd, using germanium dosimeters TLD-100 is the average absorbed dose of thyroid area on the skin surface after 24 hours to receive 100 to 150 mCi of iodine 131 and the deeply absorbed dose of thyroid at a distance of 7 cm from the skin, which includes the thyroid and surrounding soft tissue 388.933 and 379.155 cGy, respectively. After 48 hours, these values were 350.643 and 344.124 cGy, respectively. Moreover, the measured dose was around the patient. At distances of 1 to 3 m from them during 24 to 48 hours of hospitalization after radiation, iodine intake is on average 30.93 cGy, which is a high risk for those around the patient compared to the set standards. According to the results of studies published so far, age and gender are very effective in the incidence of this disease, and its prevalence is higher in women than men. Therefore, it is suggested that research be conducted on genetic factors and common underlying diseases in each region.}, keywords = {Thyroid radio iodine therapy,Dosimetry,Thyroid cancer,I-131,Thermoluminescence Dosimetry (TLD)}, title_fa = {محاسبه دز جذبی، سطحی و عمقی ید 131 پرتوزا در بیماران تیروییدی و فضای اطراف آنان بعد از عمل جراحی بافت تیرویید یا تیروییدکتومی با استفاده از دزسنج گرمالیانی}, abstract_fa = {یکی از روش‌های مؤثر در درمان سرطان تیرویید، یددرمانی است که در آن بعد از عمل جراحی تیروییدکتومی و یا برداشت بافت تیرویید و به منظور کنترل رشد تومور و جلوگیری از علایم ثانویه بعد از جراحی ید 131 به صورت خوراکی، برای بیماران تجویز می‌شود. هم‌چنین با توجه به دزی که ید پرتوزای جذب شده در سلول‌های سرطانی ایجاد شده در ناحیه تیرویید به فضای اطراف می‌دهد، ممکن است منجر به عوارض زیادی برای اطرافیان بیمار شوند. در این پژوهش در مرکز ید‌درمانی درمانگاه افشار یزد، با استفاده از دزیمترهای گرمالیانی 100TLD- مقدار میانگین دز جذبی ناحیه تیرویید روی سطح پوست بعد از 24 ساعت برای دریافت 100 تا mCi 150 ید 131 و دز جذبی عمقی تیرویید در فاصله 7 سانتی‌متری از پوست که شامل تیرویید و بافت نرم اطراف آن می‌شود به ترتیب 993/388 و cGy 155/379 و بعد از 48 ساعت به ترتیب 643/350 و cGy 124/343 محاسبه شد. دز اندازه‌گیری شده در اطراف بیمار و در فاصله‌های 1 تا 3 متری از آن‌ها در طول مدت 24 الی 48 ساعت بستری در این مرکز بعد از دریافت ید پرتوزا به طور میانگین cGy 93/30 است که در مقایسه با استانداردهای تعیین شده، احتمال خطر برای اطرافیان بیمار زیاد است. طبق نتایج پژوهش‌هایی که تاکنون انجام شده است، سن و جنسیت در بروز این بیماری خیلی مؤثر بوده و هم‌چنین شیوع آن در زنان بیش‌تر از مردان است. لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود که پژوهش‌هایی در زمینه عوامل ژنتیکی و بیماری‌های زمینه‌ای شایع در هر منطقه انجام گیرد.}, keywords_fa = {یددرمانی,دزیمتری,تیروییدکتومی,ید 131 پرتوزا,دزیمتر گرمالیان}, url = {https://jonsat.nstri.ir/article_1346.html}, eprint = {https://jonsat.nstri.ir/article_1346_e5a57e495f0be4626cea49ed8ef2c878.pdf} }
