One of the main reasons for chickpea's low yield production is its sensitiveness to some diseases, pest and environmental stresses. Genetic variation in chickpea is very low, because of its self pollination. In breeding programs, genetic variation plays an essential role so that the induction of genetic variation in plant population is very important for the plant breeders. The induced mutation through different kinds of mutagenes is one of the important ways of genetic variation. In this research, first the sensitiveness of four cultivars (ILC.486, Philip86, Bivinich, Jam) were assessed to different gamma ray doses (100, 200, 300, 400 Gy). The results showed that with an increase in gamma ray dose, the growth rate of chickpea’s genotypes decreases. In this respect, the decrease of growth rate has a linear relationship with the gamma ray dose and it is independent from the genotypes. The root length is more sensitive to gamma ray doses than its shoot, and it was observed that at the low doses the root growth decreases, comparing to the shoot growth. On the other hand, in high doses of gamma ray growth abration (Ageotropism, Albinism and etc.) were observed. Some traits variation (such as leaf shape, leaf size, leaf color, Albinism, etc.) were seen in M2 generation, and finally to continue the project, three doses of gamma ray (150, 200, 250) were selected for the next year.}, keywords = {Mutation,Gamma Ray,Chickpea,Genetic Variability}, title_fa = {تعیین دز مناسب پرتو گاما به منظور ایجاد تنوع ژنتیکی در نخود سفید (Cicer Arietinum L)}, abstract_fa = {تنوع ژنتیکی در گیاه نخود به دلیل خودگشنی و فرسایش‌ژنی اندک است. چون تنوع ژنتیکی برای پیشبرد اهداف اصلاحی لازم و ضروری است، ایجاد تنوع از طرق مختلف نخستین گام در جهت اصلاح نباتات می‌باشد. القای جهش به وسیلة موتاژنها یکی از راههای ایجاد تنوع ژنتیکی بوده و موتاژنهای فیزیکی (پرتوهای یونساز) در این زمینه کاربرد زیاد دارند. در این پروژه حساسیت 4 رقم زراعی (فیلیپ 86، جم، بیوینچ، ILC486) به پرتوگاما با دزهای 100، 200، 300 و 400 گری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت تا دز مناسب جهت اجرای برنامه اصلاحی تعیین گردد. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که با افزایش دز تابشی میزان رشد در تمام ژنوتیپ‌ها کاهش یافت. کاهش رشد رابطه خطی با شدت دز داشته و مستقل از ژنوتیپ می‌باشد. طول ریشه در مقایسه با طول ساقه نسبت به دزهای اشعه گاما حساستر است و کاهش رشد ریشه در دزهای پایین‌تری نسبت به ساقه اتفاق می‌افتد. ناهنجاریهای رشد نظیر آژئوتروپیسم (Ageotropism) یا حرکت ریشه به سوی بالا و زالی در دزهای (200 گری به بالا) مشاهده شد. در نسل دوم نیز صفاتی نظیر زالی، زردی بوته، کاهش تعداد شاخه و برگ، تغییر وضع بوته از حالت خزنده به ایستاده، تغییر در شکل و رنگ برگها و رنگ گل مشاهده شد. بر اساس نتایج و مشاهدات انجام گرفته، دزهای 150 و200 و250 گری برای ادامه پروژه اصلاحی در نظر گرفته شدند.}, keywords_fa = {موتاسیون,اشعه گاما,نخود,تنوع ژنتیکی}, url = {https://jonsat.nstri.ir/article_584.html}, eprint = {https://jonsat.nstri.ir/article_584_f711f49f12c1a17da2fee424e1c2ddad.pdf} }
