Evaluation of cardiac metabolism is important for the assessment of some of cardiac disorders such as Ischemic Heart disease (IHD), cardiomyopathy (functional disorders) and Hypertensive cardiac disorders. Today, almost in all of the developed countries, PET is the first step for diagnosis and assessment of cardiac metabolic disorders. It is, however, too expensive to be used in all centers and are not available in all countries. In this regards, 123-IPPA was introduced as a substitute of PET system for evaluation of cardiac function (metabolism) and it is a complementary method for other Para-clinical methods. We decided to have a preliminary study on IPPA and due to the lack of 123-I, we had to use 131-I. The labeling of IPPA by 131-I, purification and sterilization of 131-IPPA done by the Chemistry Group of Cyclotron Ward and the bio-kinetic and imaging of rat, mice (Laboratory Animals) were performed in the Nuclear Medicine Group. After injection of a proper dose of this radiotracer, the imaging was performed in an appropriate time. In our first images, there were intensive accumulation of tracer in animals' thyroid glands, though after the intake of Lugol solution, the thyroid did not appeare and we had a number of excellent images of animal heart that was the target organ.}, keywords = {Free Fatty Acid,131–IPPA,Cardiac Metabolism,Biological Distribution,Thyroid Uptake}, title_fa = {ارزیابی توزیع بیولوژیکی پرتو داروی IPPA -131 با تصویربرداری در بافتهای قلبی و غیر قلبی حیوانات آزمایشگاهی}, abstract_fa = {در بررسی بیماریهای قلب، تعیین متابولیسم آن علاوه ‌بر وضعیت خونرسانی عامل بسیار مهمی در تشخیص وضعیت اکثر بیماریهای قلب و عروق می‌باشد. در این میان تعیین وضعیت بیماریهایی مانند بیماری ایسکمی قلب (اختلال در خونرسانی عضله قلب) کاردیومیوپاتی (اختلال در عملکرد عضله قلب) و بیماریهای ناشی از ازدیاد فشار خون از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. امروزه در اکثر کشورهای پیشرفته، جهت تعیین متابولیسم قلب از روشهای PET استفاده می‌کنند ولی از آنجا که این سیستم تصویربرداری پرهزینه بوده و در اکثر مراکز موجود نیست می‌توان از نشاندارسازی اسید چرب IPPA (یدو فنیل پنتا دکانوئیک اسید) با یْد رادیوآکتیو برای بررسی متابولیسم قلب، که مکمل سایر روشهای موجود است کمک گرفت. تمام مراحل آزمایشگاهی آن بر روی حیوانات آزمایشگاهی با یْد 131 صورت گرفت؛ عمل نشاندار شدن IPPA با یْد 131 و تعیین خلوص شیمیایی آن با HPLC توسط گروه شیمی سیکلوترون انجام شد و در زمانهای مشخص، پس از تزریق مقدار معینی از پرتوداروی مورد نظر، عمل تصویربرداری صورت گرفت و توزیع بیولوژیکی پرتودارو در ارگانهای مختلف بررسی شد. در تصاویر اولیه جذب (Uptake) تیروئیدی نسبتاً بالا بود که در مراحل بعد، از محلول لوگل برای حذف جذب تیروئیدی و اصلاح تصویر استفاده شد و در تصاویر بعدی جذب مناسبی در قلب که ارگان هدف بود مشاهده گردید.}, keywords_fa = {اسید چرب,IPPA –131,متابولیسم قلبی,توزیع بیولوژیکی,جذب تیروئید}, url = {https://jonsat.nstri.ir/article_674.html}, eprint = {https://jonsat.nstri.ir/article_674_0694f3734e897906f2944cf34fffeef1.pdf} }
