جذب و تجمع زیستی سزیم پایدار و سزیم-137 به کمک جلبک سبز آبی یا سیانوباکتری اُسیلاتوریا هوموژنا
حذف سزیم پایدار و سزیم-137 به کمک جلبک سبز- آبی یا سیانوباکتری زندهی اُسیلاتوریا هوموژنا از محیطهای آبی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. میزان حذف سزیم پایدار و سزیم- 137 بعد از 240 ساعت به ترتیب، برابر با 989 نانوگرم سزیم و 2389 میلی بکرل سزیم 137 بر میلیمتر مکعب زیستتوده به دست آمد. pH بهینهی جذب سزیم 10±0.3بود و با تغییر pH در مقادیر 4، 6 و 8 تغییر قابلتوجهی برای جذب سزیم به کمک زیستتودهی سیانوباکتری مشاهده نشد. افزایش مقدار زیستتودهی سیانوباکتری موجب حذف بیشتر سزیم شد. بیشینه میزان حذف در محیط کشت مایع محتوی 133 میلیگرم بر لیتر سزیم و 20.53 میلیمتر مکعب زیستتوده بر میلیلیتر محیط کشت برابر با 5.75 میلیگرم بر لیتر بود. درصد حذف سزیم با تغییر غلظت آن از 0.133 تا 332.5میلیگرم بر لیتر از %1.1، به %5.2 افزایش یافت. در 1200 لوکس روشنایی مقدار بیشینهی حذف سزیم برابر با 1065 نانوگرم بر میلیمتر مکعب زیستتوده و در غلظت 332.5 میلیگرم بر لیتر سزیم (2.5 میلیمول بر لیتر) میزان جذب 4530 نانوگرم بر میلیمتر مکعب زیستتوده به دست آمد. از میکروسکوپ روبشی پروتون و پرتونگاری خودکار برای تأیید جذب سزیم در زیست توده استفاده شد. جذب سزیم پایدار و سزیم-137 منطبق بر معادلهی خطی لانگمویر بود و پارامترهای مدل به ترتیب، qmax=854 ng Cs/mm3 biomass, 2272 mBq 137Cs/mm3 biomass و b=0.00011(R2=0.97), and b=0.000009 (R2=0.96), respectively به دست آمد.

اثر قارچ مایکروریزا و مقادیر مختلف فسفر بر جذب اورانیم در گیاه آفتابگردان
اورانیم فلزی سنگین و پرتوزا است که به طور طبیعی در پوستهی زمین یافت میشود. فعالیتهای انسان در برخی موارد منجر به افزایش مقدار اورانیم در برخی مناطق زمین شده است. به منظور بررسی اثر مایکروریزا و فسفر بر جذب اورانیم در گیاه آفتابگردان، مطالعهای در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل شامل یک سطح اورانیم (100 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم(، سه سطح مایکروریزا شامل شاهد، گلوموس اینترارادیسز و گلوموس موسه و دو سطح فسفر (20 و 60 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم) در گلخانهی پژوهشی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد انجام شد. گیاهان بعد از یک دورهی 60 روزه برداشت شدند. وزن خشک گیاه، مقدار اورانیم و فسفر و میزان جذب اورانیم در بخش هوایی و ریشه اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که مایکروریزا باعث افزایش مقدار زیست توده و بنابراین افزایش مقاومت گیاه به تنش ناشی از سمیّت اورانیم شد. همچنین مایکروریزا باعث افزایش مقدار اورانیم در اندامهای هوایی و ریشهی گیاه آفتابگردان شد. تیمار فسفر وزن خشک اندامهای هوایی، وزن خشک ریشهی گیاه، مقدار اورانیم در بخش هوایی گیاه آفتابگردان را به طور معنیداری افزایش داد. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که مایکروریزا مقدار اورانیم در ریشه را چندین برابر مقدار آن در بخش هوایی افزایش داده و از اینرو میتواند به عنوان گزینهای مناسب برای افزایش تثبیت اورانیم در خاک مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

اثر کاربری اراضی بر تغییرات سن کربن-14 و تعیین کیفیت مواد آلی خاک با استفاده از طیفسنجی تبدیل فوریهی زیر قرمز
کربن آلی خاک نقش مهمی در چرخهی کربن جهان داشته و مطالعهی پویایی آن با توسعهی صنعت هستهای همراه بوده است. جداسازی فیزیکی، عمرسنجی با کربن-14 و طیفسنجی تبدیل فوریهی زیر قرمز (FTIR)، از روشهای معتبر در تعیین پویایی و اثرات کاربری اراضی بر کربن آلی خاک است. در این مطالعه، با استفاده از فنآوری عمرسنجی کربن-14 و طیفسنجی تبدیل فوریهی زیر قرمز همراه با جزء به جزء کردن فیزیکی مواد آلی، اثر سه کاربری جنگل پهنبرگ، سوزنیبرگ و مرتع بر متوسط زمان ماندگاری و کیفیت کربن آلی خاک بررسی شد. نتایج طیفهای تبدیل فوریهی زیر قرمز نشان داد که گروههای عاملی حلقوی به مقدار بیشتر و با تجزیهی کمتر در جنگل سوزنیبرگ سبب افزایش کربن آلی خاک شده است. قطعات مواد آلی آزاد و درون خاکدانهای به عنوان شاخص حساس به کاربری اراضی شناسایی شدند. نسبت کربن آلیفاتیک به آروماتیک در بقایای گیاهی و بخش درون خاکدانهای جنگل پهنبرگ نسبت به سایر کاربریها بیشتر است. در دو کاربری جنگل پهنبرگ و سوزنیبرگ حداکثر سن کربن-14 و متوسط زمان ماندگاری آن، در افق B بود، در حالیکه در مرتع، در افق A اندازهگیری شد. گروههای عاملی حلقوی همراه با سن کربن-14 شاخص مطمئنی برای مطالعهی فرایندهای تجزیه و هوموسیشدن هستند.

محاسبهی پارامترهای نوترونی در رآکتورهای هستهای تند با استفاده از روش مونتکارلو
در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش مونتکارلو یک برنامه کامپیوتری برای محاسبهی پارامترهای نوترونی یک سیستم تکثیرکننده (ی نوترونی) نوشته شده است. این برنامه میتواند پارامترهایی چون ضریب تکثیر مؤثر و توزیع شار نوترونی سیستم را محاسبه کند. این برنامه ضریب تکثیر نوترونهای آنی و کل نوترونها را به طور جداگانه محاسبه نموده، سپس با استفاده از این دو ویژه مقدار و روش آنی، کسر مؤثر نوترونهای تأخیری را محاسبه مینماید. نتایج به دست آمده برای ضریب تکثیر مؤثر و توزیع شار نوترونی، با مقادیر تجربی و نتایج حاصل از کد MCNP4C مقایسه شد. تطابق خوبی بین آنها وجود داشت. مقایسهی نتایج به دست آمده برای کسر مؤثر نوترونهای تأخیری از روش آنی با دادههای تجربی و روشهای دیگر نشان داد که روش آنی، روش مناسبی برای محاسبهی کسر مؤثر نوترونهای تأخیری است.

اثر حساسکنندگی پرتوی نانو ذرات طلای ترکیب شده با فولیک اسید در پرتو درمانی سطحی سلولهای سرطانی ردهی MCF-7
امروزه با پیشرفت نانوفنآوری، میتوان نانو موادی با عدد اتمی بالا، نظیر نانو ذرات طلا، را به روشهای مختلفی به طور اختصاصی در سلولهای توموری متمرکز کرد و از مزیت افزایش دز ناشی از مجاورت این عنصر دارای عدد اتمی بالا در کنار سلولهای سرطانی به عنوان یک حساسکنندهی پرتویی بهره برد. در این پژوهش نانو ذرات طلا با قطر میانگین 50 نانومتر سنتز و با مولکول فولیک اسید یکی شد. این کمپلکس به مدت 24 ساعت و در غلظتهای مختلف با سلولهای MCF-7 گرماگذاری شده و میزان سمیّتزایی آن مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که افزایش غلظت نانو ذرات طلا به بالاتر از حد مشخصی میتواند سلامت سلولی را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. میزان حساسکنندگی پرتویی نانو ذرات طلا با غلظت 50 میکروگرم بر میلیلیتر در سلولهای MCF-7 تحت 2 گری پرتو ایکس از یک دستگاه پرتو درمانی ارتوولتاژ در انرژیهای مختلف 120, 180, 200 کیلو ولت بیشینه و با استفاده از روش MTT ارزیابی شد. اختلاف معناداری در میزان بقا در گروههای تابشدهی شده در حضور و عدم حضور نانو ذرات طلا مشاهده شد. بیشترین مقدار ضریب افزایش دز برابر با 1.34±0.03 برای باریکهی پرتو ایکس 180 کیلو ولت بیشینه به دست آمد. یافتههای این پژوهش این امکان را میدهد که با اعمال کاهش دزی به میزان یک سوم دز تجویزی، اثر مشابهی، از آسیب سلولی، در سلولهای سرطانی همزمان با محافظت بیشتر از بافتهای سالم در معرض خطر، در مجاورت هدف ایجاد شود.

تولید و کنترل کیفی رادیوداروی 175Yb-EDTMP برای تسکین درد متاستازهای استخوان
متاستاز استخوان از عواقب اصلی برخی سرطانها مثل سرطان پروستات، سینه و ریه است که با درد شدید استخوانی همراه است. رادیونوکلید 175Yb با نیم- عمر 4.18 روز و پرتو بتا با بیشینه انرژی 470 keV (86%)، پرتو گاما با فراوانی کم، و تولید آسان و ارزان جایگزین مناسبی برای دیگر رادیونوکلیدها است. رادیونوکلید 175Yb در رآکتور تحقیقاتی 5MW تهران از طریق بمباران نوترونی 174Yb2O3 طبیعی تولید شد. خلوص رادیونوکلیدی 175Yb با استفاده از سیستم طیفسنج گامای مجهز به آشکارساز ژرمانیم فوق خالص با قدرت تفکیک بالا تعیین شد. ترکیب EDTMP با 175Yb در مدت یک ساعت، در دمای اتاق و در pH=8-9 نشاندار شد. کنترل کیفی و مطالعات توزیع زیستشناختی 175Yb-EDTMPتهیه شده، بر روی موش صحرایی به انجام رسید. خلوص رادیوشیمیایی ترکیب حاصل با استفاده از کروماتوگرافی لایهی نازک بالغ بر بیش از 99% تعیین شد. نتایج به دست آمده، خصوصیات توزیع زیستشناختی مناسبی را برای 175Yb-EDTMP نشان داد که حاکی از تمرکز عمدهی این رادیودارو در استخوان بود. این رادیودارو با گذشت 4 روز از دیگر اندامها پاکسازی شد. این پژوهش نشان داد که 175Yb-EDTMP یک رادیوداروی مناسب با نیم- عمر نسبتاً بالا و دز پایین برای تسکین درد متاستازهای استخوان است.

بازیابی عناصر خاکی نادر از محلول فروشویی کنسانترهی آپاتیت ایران مرکزی با استفاده از ترکیب دو روش رسوبگیری و استخراج با حلال
استحصال و پرعیارسازیعناصرخاکی نادر (به نمایندگی لانتانیم، سریم، نئودیمیم و ایتریم) از محلول فروشویی کنسانترهی آپاتیت ایران مرکزی با استفاده از ترکیب دو روش رسوبگیری برای حذف یونهای مزاحم و استخراج حلالی برای جداسازی و تغلیظ عناصر خاکی نادر به وسیلهی حلال آلی تری بوتیل فسفات (TBP) مورد بررسی آزمایشگاهی قرار گرفت. مطالعات پراش پرتو ایکس (XRD) نمونهی نمایندهی کنسانترهی آپاتیت نشان داد که کانیهای تشکیلدهندهی آن شامل فلوروآپاتیت، آنکریت و کلسیت بود که در بین آنها فلورو آپاتیت، کانی غالب است. مطالعات فلوئورسانی پرتو ایکس (XRF) حاکی از آن است که اکسید عناصر خاکی نادر ایتریم، سریم، لانتانیم، پرازئودیمیم و نئودیمیم حدود 0.9 درصد از کل ترکیب شیمیایی را به خود اختصاص دادهاند. SiO2, CaO, Fe2O3 و P2O5 دیگر ترکیبات با اهمیت کنسانترهی آپاتیت هستند. ابتدا عملیات فروشویی اسیدی، با نیتریک اسید انجام شد. تجزیهی عنصری محلول حاصل از فروشویی اسیدی نشان داد که علاوه بر خاکیهای نادر، یونهای مزاحمی چون Fe(II), Mg(II), Ca(II), S(IV), P(V) و F(I) نیز در محلول وجود دارند. بررسی فرایند رسوبگیری نشان داد که رسوبگیری سریع در سانتریفوژ، از کارآیی خوبی در حذف و یا دستکم در کاهش این یونهای مزاحم بدون حذف قابل ملاحظهی عناصر خاکی نادر برخوردار است. تأثیر متغیرهای غلظت استخراجکننده، غلظت نیتریک اسید، دما، زمان تماس، نسبت فازها، Vorg./Vaq ، بررسی و شرایط بهینه برای عملکرد استخراجکنندهیTBPبرای جداسازی لانتانیدها تعیین شد. عریانسازی انتخابی فاز آلی باردار از لانتانیدها با استفاده از نیتریک اسید مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. میزان بازیابی لانتانیدها از محلول فروشویی کنسانترهی آپاتیت بیش از 90 درصد تعیین شد. پارامترهای ترمودینامیکی فرایند استخراج لانتانیدها محاسبه شدند.

شبیهسازی عددی افت فشار و انتقال حرارت اجباری حول میلههای یک مجتمع سوخت هستهای به همراه شبکههای نگهدارنده
شبکههای نگهدارنده در مجتمعهای سوخت هستهای از جمله تجهیزاتی هستند که با ایجاد اغتشاش و هدایت جریان سیال در زیر کانالها روی توزیع جریان سیال خنککننده اثر میگذارند. در این مقاله یک دسته میلهی سوختی شامل 60 میلهی سوخت به همراه 4 شبکهی نگهدارنده مطابق با ابعاد اصلی رآکتور VVER-440 مدلسازی و به روش عددی حل شده است. از 3 مدل تلاطم استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد در حالتی که از شبکههای نگهدارنده در طول دسته میلهی سوخت استفاده شود؛ ضریب انتقال حرارت در طول کانال نسبت به حالت بدون شبکهی نگهدارنده افزایش مییابد. البته با اضافه کردن این شبکهها افت فشار نیز افزایش مییابد. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش برای طراحی و ساخت مجتمعهای سوخت و به دست آوردن پارامترهای ترموهیدرولیکی مربوط به بهینهسازی انتقال حرارت میلهها کاربرد دارد.

بازیابی میکروبی و بررسی سینتیکی انحلال وانادیم از پنتااکسید وانادیم خالص به منظور استخراج آن از باطلههای سنگ معدن اورانیم
از آنجایی که وانادیم یک فلز گرانقیمت و کاربردی در صنایع مختلف است و از طرفی باطلههای برخی از معادن اورانیم ایران حاوی مقادیر قابل توجهی از این فلز است، در این تحقیق انحلال کاهشی وانادیم با استفاده از دو گونه باکتری اسیدی تیوباسیلوس فرواکسیدان و اسیدی تیوباسیلوس تیواکسیدان در دو چگالی پالپ 0.5 و 1 گرم برلیتر در دمای 30˚C و سرعت همزنی 180 دور بر دقیقه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. باکتری اسیدی تیوباسیلوس فرواکسیدان زودتر از اسیدی تیوباسیلوس تیواکسیدان با شرایط محیط سازگار شد و نتایج بهتری را در انحلال وانادیم از خود نشان داد به طوری که در چگالی پالپ 0.5 و 1 گرم برلیتر، اسیدی تیوباسیلوس فرواکسیدان پس از گذشت، به ترتیب، 6 و 12 روز و اسیدی تیوباسیلوس تیواکسیدان پس از گذشت، به ترتیب، 9 و 20 روز توانستند بیش از 90 درصد وانادیم را حل کنند. نتایج تجربی با مدلهای سینتیکی درجهی اول و دوم مطابقت داده شد و مشاهده شد که انحلال وانادیم با واکنش درجهی دوم مطابقت بهتری دارد.

هدف این مقاله استفاده از کورهی دوار ذوب فریت، برای ذوب شیشهی سربی است. با توجه به کم بودن حجم محصول شیشهی تولیدی در طول روز یا در طول سال و به دلیل هزینهی بالای سرمایهگذاری برای ساخت کورهی ذوب متداول در صنعت شیشه، با استفاده از کورهی دوار و با انجام یک رشته اصلاحات در آن، عملیات ذوب شیشهی سربی در این کوره به انجام رسید. بعد از انجام آزمایشهای خوردگی بر روی بوتههای آلومینایی و بررسی ریز ساختار و ترکیب شیشه، مشخص شد که این ماده نسبت به مذاب شیشهی سربی از مقاومت در برابر خوردگی مناسب برخوردار است. لذا از آجرهای آلومینایی به عنوان دیرگداز محفظهی کوره استفاده شد. شیشهی سربی پس از ذوب و همزنی در درون این کوره، به وسیلهی آسیاب گلولهای با جدارهی درونی و گلولههای آلومینایی تا زیر 75 میکرون آسیاب شد. عملیات ذوب، فریتسازی و آسیاب پنج بار تکرار شد. نتایج حاصل هیچگونه ناخالصی ذوب نشده، تغییر رنگ و تغییر ترکیب ناشی از ورود عنصر آلومینیم به صورت اتمی به درون شیشهی سربی را که منجر به تغییرات اساسی شود، نشان نداد. عملیات یکنواختسازیِ ترکیبی و حذف حباب از درون مذاب نیز به خوبی به وسیلهی این کوره انجام شد.
