تأثیر تلفیق پرتو گاما با اسانس گیاه برازمبل بر میزان مرگ و میر شپشه آرد

چکیده
در تلاش برای دست‌یابی به روشی کاربردی و استفاده از ترکیبات طبیعی برای کنترل آفات انباری، اثر تلفیق پرتو گاما با اسانس گیاه برازمبل بر روی حشرات کامل شپشه آرد مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. آزمایش‌ها در شرایط دمای 1±27 درجه‌ی سلسیوس، رطوبت نسبی 5±65 درصد و در تاریکی در طی 2 مرحله طراحی گردید: 1) پرتودهی حشراتی که از قبل اسانس داده شده بودند 2) اسانس‌دهی حشراتی که از قبل در معرض پرتو قرار گرفته بودند. در آزمایش‌های مربوط به تلفیق پرتو گاما با اسانس، میزان مرگ و میر 14 روز پس از شروع اولین تیمار مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان دادند هرگاه پرتو گاما به صورت تلفیقی با اسانس گیاه برازمبل روی حشرات کامل شپشه آرد (1-7 روزه) مورد استفاده قرار گیرد، اثر سینرژیستی معنی‌دار ایجاد می‌نماید. دز 100 گری از پرتو گاما به تنهایی موجب بروز 12.5%  مرگ و میر در بین جمعیت شپشه آرد گردید اما وقتی این حشرات پرتو دیده 7 روز پس از پرتودهی در معرض 7.66 µl/l  بر لیتر هوا از اسانس برازمبل (که به تنهایی موجب بروز 6.25%  مرگ و میر می‌گردد) قرار گرفت، میزان مرگ و میر آن‌ها به 32.5% رسید. این نتایج، کاربرد موفقیت‌آمیز پرتو گاما در حضور اسانس گیاهی برای مدیریت کنترل شپشه آرد را نشان دادند.

Effect of Combination of Gamma Radiation and Essential Oil from Perovskia atriplicifolia on Mortality of Tribolium castaneum

In an attempt to find a natural and inexpensive method to control the stored-product pests, the effect of combination of gamma radiation and essential oil from Perovskia atriplicifolia (Benth) on the adults of Tribolium castaneum (Herbst) (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae) was investigated. Experiments were carried out at 27±1°C and 65±5% R. H. under dark condition. Two experimental regimes were designed: 1) irradiation of fumigated adults 2)fumigation of irradiated adults. In combination experiments, mortality was assessed 14 days after the first treatment. The results showed significant synergistic effect of gamma radiation with essential oil on adults of T. castaneum (1-7 days old). Gamma irradiation at dosage 100Gy, alone caused 12.5% mortality on T. castaneum but when these irradiated insects were treated by 7.66 µl/l air of P. atriplicifolia oil 7 days after irradiation, (caused 6.25% mortality alone) mortality percent reached 32.5%. These results provide the basis for successful use of gamma radiation in the presence of the essential oil for management of T. castaneum.
