آنالیز عنصری نمونه‌های مختلف با استفاده از میکروسکوپ روبشی پروتون و بررسی توزیع عناصر در آنها

چکیده
نحوه توزیع عناصر در بسیاری از نمونه‌های بیولوژی، میکروالکترونیک و زمین‌شناسی دارای اهمیت بسیار است. با استفاده از باریکه میکرونی و روبش نمونه می‌توان اطلاعات دقیقی از توزیع عنصری عناصر موجود در نمونه به دست آورد. بعد از راه‌اندازی سیستم میکروسکوپ روبشی پروتون (ریز باریکه) در آزمایشگاه واندوگراف، کاربرد این سیستم در زمینه‌های مختلف علوم آغاز شد. در این مقاله بعضی از نتایج آنالیز عنصری و نحوه توزیع عناصر در نمونه‌های مختلف باستان‌شناسی، بیولوژی، کانی‌شناسی، میکروالکترونیک و بیوتکنولوژی گزارش شده است. نتایج ارائه شده بعد از راه‌اندازی سیستم میکروپیکسی به دست آمده است. هدف از ارائه این نتایج، معرفی سیستم و بیان قابلیت‌های آن در بررسی و آنالیز عنصری مواد است.

چکیده English

Finding the distribution of elements in a given sample is very important in biology, microelectronics and geology. By using a microbeam and scanning the samples, we can obtain a great deal of information about the distribution of elements. After the installation of a microprobe system in the Van de Graff Laboratory, we started applying this system. In this paper, we report some preliminary results on the distribution of elements in archaeological, geological, microelectronic samples. The aim of this paper is to describe the capabilities of the microprobe system in material analysis.
