تک مد سازی لیزر 2CO تپی به روش تزریق پرتو یک لیزر 2CO پیوسته

چکیده
در این پژوهش، برای نخستین بار در کشور تک مد سازی طولی لیزر 2CO تپی، که از کاربردهایی گسترده و بنیادی در پژوهشهای بیناب نمایی لیزری و فرآیندهای دمش نوری برخوردار است، به انجام رسیده است. برای این کار، پرتو یک لیزر 2CO پیوسته در راستای محور اپتیکی یک لیزر 2CO  تپی به درون کاواک بازآواگر آن فرستاده شد. بدین سان، با از میان رفتن پدیده ی زنش مدی در تپهای آشکار شده و یکنواخت گردیدن آنها، فرآیند تک مد شدن تپها به روشنی پدیدار گردید. این کار بدون بهره گیری از مبدل های PZT و یا هر کوشش دیگری برای پایدارسازی مکانیکی کاواکهای بازآواگر به انجام رسید و افزون بر آن، انرژی تپهای تک مد شده در برابر تپهای چند مد نیز، هیچ افتی را از خود نشان نداده است.

Single Mode Operation of a TEA CO2 Laser by a CW CO2 Laser Radiation Injection

چکیده English

In this research work, single mode operation based on injection of a CW laser beam into a TEA CO2 laser cavity has been demonstrated. The technique has vast applications in research programs of laser spectroscopy and optical pumping. The observed smooth pulse shapes indicated that the system is operating in a single mode of operation. In addition, the output energy has not been reduced with the laser was operating in a single mode operation on comparison with the case when it is operating in a multi mode regime. Also, no PZT mounted elements or other length stabilization methods were used in order to frequency matching of master and slave resonators.
