چکیده
یکی از مهمترین سموم علفکش برای بررسی مکانیزم عمل و مطالعات متابولیسم گیاهی، ترکیب 2 و 4 دی کلرو فنوکسی استیک اسید می باشد. در این راستا نشاندار کردن این ترکیب با کربن-14 می تواند مکانیزم جذب آن توسط گیاه و عملکرد تخریب علفها را مشخص نماید. در این مقاله ابتدا باریم ] 14C [ کربنات با استفاده از پتاسیم آزید و حرارت به پتاسیم ] 14C [ سیانید تبدیل گردید و سپس با انجام چند مرحله سنتز ترکیب 2و4 دی کلرو فنوکسی متیل یدید از ماده اولیه 2و4 دی کلرو فنول بدست آمد. در مرحله نهائی نیز از واکنش تراکمی ترکیب سنتز شده 2و4 دی کلرو فنوکسی متیل یدید و پتاسیم ] 14C [ سیانید و سپس هیدرولیز قلیائی محصول واکنش ، ترکیب سم علفکش 2و4 دی کلرو فنوکسی استیک اسید  ]  کربوکسی 14C [ سنتز گردید.

چکیده English

One of the important herbicide , for investigation of practical mechanism and studies of metabolism function of different plant, is the 2,4 dichlorophenoxy acetic acid compound .In this article, the production method of its labeled the title compound is explained.
In the first step barium [ 14C]carbonate  is converted into potassium [ 14C]cyanide, by using potassium azid at reasonable temperature.
Then , after a few synthsis reaction, the compound “ 2,4 dichlorophenoxy methyl iodide is produced via 2,4 dichlorophenoxy, as a starting material.
In the next step, the real material as a herbicide: 2,4 dichlorophenoxy acetic acid [carboxy- 14C] is prepared and produced, by coupling reaction  between 2,4 dichlorophenoxy methyl iodide and potassium [ 14C]cyanide , and then hydrolized the resulting nitrile.
