ارایه‌ی یک روش برای اندازه‌گیری HF خروجی از تله‌های شیمیایی تحت شرایط خلاء در تأسیسات غنی‌سازی اورانیم

چکیده
جریان عبوری از تله‌های شیمیایی در فرایند غنی‌سازی اورانیم هگزافلورید، شامل مخلوطی از گازهای سبک، هیدروژن فلورید و اورانیم هگزافلورید است. برای اطمینان از عملکرد درست تله‌های شیمیایی، عدم اشباع جاذب، میزان جذب مناسب و در حد مجاز بودن غلظت اورانیم هگزافلورید و هیدروژن فلورید خروجی از سیستم لازم است از این جریان در فواصل زمانی معین نمونه‌گیری شود. ولی با توجه به پیوستگی فرایند جذب و تحت خلاء بودن سیستم، امکان انجام نمونه‌گیری‌های عادی میسر نمی‌باشد. در این مقاله با فرض عدم وجود اورانیم هگزافلورید در خروجی تله‌های شیمیایی یک سیستم نمونه‌گیری برای نمونه‌برداری از خروجی تله‌های شیمیایی پیشنهاد شده و پارامترهای مؤثر بر افزایش دقت نمونه‌گیری بهینه شده‌اند. براین اساس زمان و فشار مورد نیاز برای نمونه‌گیری (به عنوان مهم‌ترین پارامترهای نمونه‌گیری) تخمین زده شده و سپس مقادیر بهینه‌ی آن‌ها مشخص شده است.

Study on a HF Measurement Procedure at Chemical Traps Output of Uranium Enrichment Facilities, under Medium Vacuum

چکیده English

The flow passed chemical traps is a mixture of light gas, hydrogen fluoride and uranium hexafluoride. It is necessary to take samples from the chemical traps output flow, to assure the accurate operation, non-saturation of adsorbent, proper loading and to control the output concentration of hydrogen fluoride and uranium hexafluoride. The routine approach for sampling is impossible because of the process of continuity and vacuum conditions. A procedure for the chemical traps output sampling is introduced in this paper under the assumption of the lack of uranium hexafluoride at the output of the chemical trap, and its effective parameter was optimized. As a result, the sampling time and pressure which are considered as the most important parameter were evaluated and their optimized values were estimated.
