انتخاب واکنش مناسب و تعیین پارامترهای پرتودهی برای تولید پالادیوم-103

چکیده
 برای داشتن بهترین بهره از نمودار سطح مقطع واکنش 103Rh(p,n)103Pd و برای پرهیز از تولید ناخالصی 101Pd باید انرژی پروتون فرودی MeV18 و انرژی خروجی ذرات MeV5 باشد (حاصل از کد ALICE و نتایج تجربی). بر اساس کد SRIM، ضخامت لایه رودیوم در زاویه 90 درجه پرتابه نسبت به هدف باید µm480 باشد. برای کاهش ضخامت لایه رودیوم (در نتیجه کاستن قیمت هدف رودیوم) زاویه پرتابه نسبت به هدف 6 درجه تنظیم شده است تا ضخامت به µm 48 کاهش یابد.

Selection of Suitable Reaction and Determination of Irradiation Parameters for Palladium-103 Production

چکیده English

To benefit greatly from 103Rh(p,n)103Pd cross section curve and to avoid formation of radionuclide 101Pd impurity, the proton incident and exit energy of 18 and 5 MeV, must be considered, using ALICE code and experimental results. According to SRIM code, the Rh thickness must be 480µm for 90º beam/target angle geometry. To minimize the thickness of the rhodium layer, and hence to reduce the price of rhodium target, the angle of beam target has been adgusted to 6 degrees so as to decrease the thickness to 48µm
