چکیده

رادیوداروهای تشخیصی ^99mTc-MDP و ^99mTc-HEDP بیش از سه دهه است که برای سنتیگرافی استخوان بکار می‌روند. هدف از اجرای این کار پژوهشی سنتز بی‌فسفونات HEDP در بخش تهیه و تولید رادیوایزوتوپ است که بعنوان ماده اولیه برای تولید کیت لیوفیلیزه HEDP بصورت استریل و بدون مواد تب‌زا می‌باشد. نتایج حاصل نشان می‌دهند که ماده سنتز شده HEDP بیش از 95 درصد قابلیت نشاندارشدن با رادیوداروی پرتکنتات ^99mTcO₄^- را داشته و کلیه آزمایشهای رادیوداروئی آن مطابق با فارماکوپه USP می‌باشد. ضمناً پایداری کیت کافتی خواه شده (لیوفیلیزه) HEDP بیش از یک سال در دمای یخچال (4 تا 8 درجه سانتی‌گراد) است.

Synthesis of a Biphosphonate (HEDP) as a Bone Imaging Agent with 99mTc

چکیده English

In the last three decades, ^99mTc-MDP and ^99mTc-HEDP have been used as diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals for bone imaging agents. The radioisotope Department after many investigations decided to develop the synthesis of a biphosphonate derivative, named 1-hydroxy-ethylidene-1, 1-disodium phosphonate (HEDP). In this article, we discuss the method of synthesis, formulation, and labeling of lyophilised kit with ^99mTc. The results show that our kit has a high radiochemical purity (>95%), according to the US pharmacopeia. In addition, the stability of lyophilised HEDP kit is more than one year at 4-8^oC.
