مطالعه بازیابی تالیوم-203 از هدفهای بمباران شده و توسعه آن در تولید تالیوم-201 با روش افزایش رادیوایزوتوپ تالیوم-201

چکیده
تالیوم-203 غنی‌شده بعنوان ماده اولیـه تولیـد رادیوداروی  3TlCl201، به سبب گرانی قیمت و استفـاده از مقـادیر زیـاد آن بـرای بمبـاران پروتـونی ضـروری است که در هـر مرحـله از تولیـد بازیابی و بـرای استفـاده مجـدد به چـرخه تولیـد وارد شـود. در این تحقیـق، نتـایج بدست آمده با استفـاده از ستـون رزینـی تبـادل یـونیDowex 50WX8  در ابعـاد (18 X 1.5) سانتی‌متـر و افـزایش ردیاب تالیـوم-201، بهتـرین سـرعت عبـوری محلولهـای مراحل بازیـابی را mL/Min 2 و مناسب‌ترین حجم مـورد استفـاده از محلولهـای مراحل مختـلف این جـداسازی را بـه ترتیب (HNO3 0.05 M) mL  200، (محـلول حـاوی تالیـوم-203) mL  400، (O2H) mL  100، (اسیـد سیتـریک M 0.05) mL  500، (O2H) mL  100،{(EDTA 0.5 M & pH~ 12.5)} mL  100، (O2H) mL 60 مشخص کرد.

Study and Development Recuperation of Thallium-203 from Bombarded Targets of This Metal in Production of Thallium-201 Via Addition of Thallium-201 Radioisotope as a Tracer

چکیده English

Thallium-203 is the main material for 201TlCl3 radiopharmaceutical. It is very important to recover the remaining enriched Thallium-203 in every stage of the process to be reused in the production loop. In this research, the recuperation of Thallium-203 was studied with Dowex 50WX8 ion exchange resin and Thallium-201 as a tracer. The results based on filling of (18 X 1.5) cm columns with this resin showed that the best flow rate of eluent is 2 mL/min. Also the most suitable volumes are { 200 mL (HNO3 0.05 M), 400 mL (solution of Thallium-203), 100 mL (H2O), 500 mL (Citric acid), 100 mL (H2O), 100 mL (EDTA 0.5 M & pH~ 12.5), 60 mL (H2O), respectively.
